About Tania
Tania is a bilingual (English/Vietnamese speaking) senior clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience creating an inclusive and thoughtful therapeutic space for individuals seeking support. Her work is guided by a genuine commitment to helping people navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges using evidence-based care tailored to each person’s needs.
Based in Footscray, Tania values working within a community shaped by rich cultural diversity. She welcomes and enjoys supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those navigating cultural identity, migration experiences, neurodiversity, and life transitions. Therapy is offered with empathy, compassion, and respect, recognising each person as the expert in their own experience.
The practice is grounded in creating a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment where individuals can feel understood, supported, and empowered. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other psychological concerns, you are supported with care and compassion throughout your therapeutic journey.
